Mr. SULTANALI JUMA MULANI
Mr. Sultanali (Salimbhai) is an NRI and one of the most experienced and visionary promoter directors of the Company, with a strong commitment to social value creation. He brings over 23 years of extensive entrepreneurial experience across diverse sectors, including pharmaceutical manufacturing, wholesale pharmacy operations, copper mining and processing, hospitality, and real estate development in the Democratic Republic of Congo. As the major shareholder of the Company, his strategic foresight, global business exposure, and long-term vision play a pivotal role in guiding the Company’s growth and sustainability.
Mr. PAWANKUMAR MITTAL
Mr. Pawankumar Mittal is a highly accomplished professional director with over 40 years of rich experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, both in India and internationally. A Chemical Engineer from BITS, Pilani, he has spent more than 25 years in leadership roles as COO and CEO of reputed chemical manufacturing organizations. His last assignment was as Managing Director of a German multinational company. With deep expertise in operations, finance, supply chain management, administration, and marketing, he brings strong governance, operational excellence, and complete professionalism to the Company’s management.
Mr. SANTOSH FRANCIS D’SOUZA
Mr. Santosh Francis D’Souza is the youngest and most dynamic promoter director of the Company, known for his strong leadership and management capabilities. He brings over 12 years of experience in the Indian and overseas pharmaceutical industry. He is also a Promoter Director of Aura Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, the Group’s first company in India. His focused approach, hands-on management style, and keen understanding of emerging pharmaceutical market trends contribute significantly to the Company’s smooth operations, technical advancement, and innovative growth.
